據說係每枱都會送一碟,五種唔同味道既壽司,每件都很精緻。小妹就試左頭尾兩件,前者係海膽吞拿魚腩壽司,整件壽司小小的,但感覺相當足料! 配上蔥花的吞拿魚腩蓉碎非常惹味,配埋鮮甜既海膽,頗美味的! 而最尾個件係松露帶子壽司,同樣相當鮮甜惹味,入口帶有陣松露香。

升級體驗生蠔,小妹就沒有品嚐,不過S先生就話生蠔味道頗鮮甜唔腥,感覺滿新鮮,所配搭既醬汁味道酸酸甜甜,同平時食生蠔落茄汁同檸檬既味道,有異曲同工既感覺。

喜歡食海鮮既你,呢隻鹽燒虎蝦絕對可以叫多幾隻,去殼後,蝦肉上仍帶有鹽燒的味道,讚。

芝士大蝦金龍船
把原隻大蝦去殼後,再加上芝士和沙律醬焗至金黃色,睇到都覺得很吸引。食落芝士味頗重,去殼大蝦食落啖啖肉亦滿爽口,小妹一連食左幾隻。

同樣焗至金黃色的焗蠔,味道除左把蝦換成蠔外,味道同樣接近,不過蠔的size就較為細隻。

炸蝦、温室南瓜天婦羅、茄子天婦羅
小妹試左呢三款天婦羅,炸粉都頗薄身,而且食落熱辣辣,很香口,南瓜的食落很香甜呢。

甜品款式選擇都唔少,泡芙、炸朱古力香蕉、焦糖菠蘿、芒果布甸、富士蘋果一口大福同雪米磁等。

炸香蕉熱辣辣,食落帶點酸咪咪幾好食; 富士蘋果一口大福,聽個名好吸引,大福外皮煙煙韌韌,內藏蘋果醬,唔會太甜,可一試; 焦糖香蕉,搽上焦糖後再拎去烘,咬落面層卜卜脆,菠蘿香甜。
