So we went to have the Japanese buffet again! This restaurant is located in Tsim Sha Tsui and the environment is quite nice!before having the sashimi, we should have some hot items first. The tempura is fair, the paste is slightly too thick and luckily it is quite crispy. The sweet potato and the pumpkin tempura is really cool as they were so sweet
The sauce of the sushi is quite satisfactory as well.
About the sushi roll, the deep fried soft shell crab is quite crispy but the portion is slightly smaller than expected and the seaweed is a bit too soft
move on to talk about the sea urchin roll/ I would say this one is much better as the poriton of sea urchin is more. Thought the taste of sea urchin is not very strong but rather on the mild side, it is still quite fresh to say.
And for sure, we order this for second round!
We also had chicken wings and the fried cheese mochi. The mochi is quite good, would not be too oily even after deep frying. And the cheese will burst out once you bite onto it.
the moussel is being stemed. So you can still tried the original taste of it without any seasoning. But i would say the size of it is relatively too small
Fried tofU! Surprisingly, it is quite nice and smooth with crispy outings
For the hot dish, the taste of thie beef is quite weird. I do not know how shall i discribe
BUt you should try the ell for sure. The sauce of it is slightly sweet and really help to make the flavour and sweetness of eel more stand out. Moreover, the eel is very smooth and fresh and i like it a lot
