之前冇睇到呢度啲comment就同老婆中咗上去,遭遇大概同前面啲樓主差唔多。叫咗兩個$208餐 (應該係6個餐裡面由最平數上排第4),頭兩round係okay嘅,第三round就出事喇,先拎兩碟煙肉咁嘅物體出黎,兩碟嘢肥同肉嘅比例應達7:3 (根本直接叫肥膏仲貼切)。叫佢換,亞之亞jor一輪就先換返一碟正常嘅,然後隔成15分鐘出第二碟喇,呢碟仲堅,啲肉係睏咗啡邊而中間係粉紅色,十足十啲dry-aged beef咁。我就冇聽過有人用dry-aged嘅牛肉做火鍋喇,咁究竟間嘢點處理啲牛肉令佢變成有dry-aged嘅視覺效果呢,咁就不得而知喇。為咗條命仔著想,我最後都冇食到呢碟正嘢,亦都冇再order喇。其實都好明顯啦,你俾嘅錢係cover倒每人兩碟正常牛肉,再黎嗰啲就.......你睇相都見倒,誇張少少講啲肉切到真係薄過紙㗎。兩碟加埋有幾多? 閣下自己判斷喇。就睇呢度我都唔係第一個有類似經驗嘅人喇,仲試唔試得過? 都係自己諗啦……

Other Info. : 1 好後悔冇幫兩碟肥膏影相,個種肥嘅程度真係連街市雪檔啲美國肥牛都做唔倒。 2 同老婆兩口子,一星期煮唔倒兩次飯。平時出街食晚飯,有平有貴,有好食有唔好食,但我都係第一次寫食評,無他,因為今次經驗真係冇得頂。 3 啲服務員好多廣東話都未講得正,建議主攻內地零團費購物團,唔駛俾90分鐘佢地,我諗啲枱45分鐘都夠turn over一轉。用國語同佢地講呢度供應嘅係 "乾式熟成牛肉",可能佢地會好感動。
