上次食過fast gourmet 牛角包後留下深刻印象❤️今次推出的是住新的黑芝麻味。切開後發現流心程度並沒有想像中澎湃,中間餡料質地較傑身,但味道的確驚喜😋!黑芝麻味非常濃郁,而且並非只有甜味,而是帶有突出的芝麻香。味道好得很!對一向喜愛黑芝麻的草根姐姐而言無異是香港位列頭三的牛角包🏆。

🥐Tom Yum Goong ($36)
泰式冬蔭功牛角包
將冬蔭功做成牛角包饀料,可算是前無古人呢😳。外層口感未及上次的牛角包香脆,冬蔭功其實並不辣,只有微微的酸辣感🔥,可惜味道未算突出。流心度遠比甜版味的黑芝麻強,但要比較的話,草根還是認為後者的驚喜較大,如果冬蔭功能加強效果應該會更好呢😆

除了牛角包,今次特意晚市到訪就是為了試一試他們的慢煮晚餐,晚餐可以選3-5道菜,價格有所不同。難得再訪,當然要選上由頭盤起計,包甜品的五道菜套餐。原本打算點3個晚餐,但媽媽怕吃不完會浪費,故最後這夜與妹妹各選了一個五道菜的晚市套餐,加2個牛角包,3人一同分享。五道菜的晚餐包了頭盤、湯、主菜、意粉/意大利飯和甜品。我選了:Appetizer: Sous-vide Chicken Saland, Avocado, 62c Free-Range Egg、Soup: Homemade Lobster Bisque 、Main: Angus Hanger Tenderloin 6oz with Homemade Demiglace & Black Truffled Mashed Potatoes、Pasta: Sous-vide Hokkaido Jumbo Scallop Linguini in Homemade Lobster Sauce ($+38)、Dessert: Sous-vide Cheesecake (Rasberries)。

🍴Appetizer: Sous-vide Chicken Saland, Avocado, 62c Free-Range Egg

草根姐妹一直堅信自己不是牛🐂,所以不太愛吃未經烹調的菜😂。其實就是任性,不想食淡味菜😏🤫。這次少有地,草根姐妹👭食菜食得很開心😬。這款沙律好豐富🥗,加入慢煮雞肉,新鮮提子🍇、提子乾及牛油果。雞肉非常柔軟,而且份量十分慷慨,劃破蛋黃後,黃汁緩緩流出,賣相很是吸引。加上香甜提子、提子乾及熟透的牛油果🥑。味道及口感同樣十分豐富,誰說沙律只能枯燥乏味?

🍴Soup: Homemade Lobster Bisque

龍蝦湯需要自己把湯倒入碟中,賣相比一般龍蝦湯好❤️。味道上,龍蝦味很突出, 中間的龍蝦肉鮮甜。雖然湯的確十分濃郁,但飲到最後感覺鹹了點。

🍴Main: Angus Hanger Tenderloin 6oz with Homemade Demiglace & Black Truffled Mashed Potatoes
肉類選了安格斯裡脊肉🐃真空慢煮牛,牛肉份量不多,但賣相很吸引😍牛肉帶鮮嫰的紅顏色,卻不會滲出血水,這正是慢煮的精髓所在!牛肉肉質柔嫰,但中間有點筋,尤幸味道不錯,牛味濃郁。旁邊的黑松露薯蓉十分幼滑,黑松露味突出,加上新鮮菇菌,整道菜式的完整度很高。

🍴Pasta: Sous-vide Hokkaido Jumbo Scallop Linguini in Homemade Lobster Sauce ($+38)

主菜驚喜之一來自這一道菜式⭐️珍寶帶子配龍蝦汁意粉。龍蝦汁Creamy😍,味道濃厚,入口感覺完全被龍蝦汁包圍!珍寶帶子不但體積大,而且非常厚身,外面香煎至金黃色,內裹仍保持半熟的嫰滑質感🤤。已經被草根收藏在可以私下推介給朋友的系列內,食完令人有幸福感呢❤️!

🍴Dessert: Sous-vide Cheesecake (Rasberries)

坦白而言,最初看見以玻璃瓶方式呈現的芝士蛋糕確實感到有點愕然😮,期望亦不大。但意想不到一嘗後發現cheese cake 不但十分軟滑,而且味道香濃,比很多平日的件裝蛋糕更好吃🍰,加上面層的紅莓醬🍓增淡添一份酸甜感,絕對是更驚喜呢!

其實2個5道菜份量的晚餐再加2個牛角包已令我們吃的得很飽。最後吃完時老闆娘正好走出來,當時才知道原來當日大廚沒法上班,所以全晚老闆娘擔當大廚,在廚房忙了一整天! 老闆娘還說對未能提供最好的用餐而感到不好意思,但其實大部份菜式我們都好滿意! 唯一就是肉類可以更好,真想不到老闆娘還會下廚呢!


媽媽對今晚都十分滿意,作為女兒聽到都好開心呢! 雖然價錢不便宜,但每次來的時候都像放慢了平日的節奏,真正感覺生活的味道。下次一定要再同爸爸前來,感覺也會愛上這裹呢!有好的事物就好想與重視的人分享
