To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家裡沒做晚餐,跟老爸到這兒吃晚餐。我選了「上海排骨菜飯」($29.5),配紅豆冰(另加$4.5)。經店員推薦,老爸選了改良版的「揚州炒飯」($30),跟中式例湯(青紅蘿蔔豬肉)。再買一份「灼西生菜」($5)。購票後,埋位等候五分鐘,便有得食。店員亦主動幫我把兩盤食物拎埋位。上海排骨幾入味,鬆化,唔會油淋淋。菜飯大大碗,惜菜量奇少。紅豆冰依然好味!經改良的「揚州炒飯」,黃金色的,蛋香强勁,份量亦巨,配料頗多。最厲害的就是,…,居然有「鑊氣」!講都唔信!在連鎖快餐店,五蚊油菜的出現,係好的現象。算係對政府那‘每日三份蔬菜,兩份水果’的提倡,作出支持。
