🥂So Bar 🔍尖沙咀加連威老道10號加威中心地下-----如果有留意開我嘅story同post,應該知道B仔一直都係蘇媽粉,是日黎蘇媽食Dinner,見到人流好多,就轉戰唔需要等位嘅So bar試下。餐廳分為室內室外,裝修行英式風格,室外尤其有氣氛,可惜天氣太熱,影完相都係坐返喺室內。.Golden Steamed Buns (Mantou) with Kaya炸饅頭配咖央$88蘇媽咖央多一向出色,同樣嘅醬料,配搭炸得酥酥香香嘅饅頭,味道一如所料地穩陣美味。不過唯一係,由餐廳變Bar,多士變饅頭,價錢即刻就級跳,係傷荷包嘅。Kapitan Curry Stewed Rice with Fried Soft Shell Crab甲必丹軟殼蟹燉飯$178原隻軟殼蟹非常吸睛,香脆口感中不失濃郁蟹膏味,燉飯米粒無過硬,粒粒索滿微辣咖喱汁(同之前介紹過嘅蘇媽嘅咖喱雞撈麵係同一個汁)非常惹味,配搭乾淨清澈但口感強烈嘅LAS CONDES紅酒🍷,味道合拍。
