得悉FINDS整個10月都為支持世界素食日推出素食菜式..特登約埋班friend睇睇有咩特別~意想不到的好吃^^對不少人來說~一直會覺得素食只著重健康~不過估唔到原來可以色香味俱全~令我眼界大開~今次挑選左以下套餐:Cauliflower soup 香滑椰菜花湯 (本來係配矜貴既烤甜菜根..但我想飲湯多一點~餐廳好好幫我轉)內有迷你椰菜花，很可愛一喝還想再喝Mushroom risotto and pumpkin risotto 蘑菇南瓜意大利燴飯配烤露荀，火箭沙律，新鮮雜菌分量十足~ 原來素菜配搭都咁多元化‘Daim’parfait 杏仁蛋白酥蛋白霜，杏仁，焦糖，花生糖尤其喜愛餐廳招牌甜品..甜而不膩~食完真係很想知道點可以做到咁好味~總的來說~在如此充滿格調的餐廳品嚐到美味健康的午餐~又有足夠力量工作啦~不可不提係友人冇食素食餐單~但亦話牛排值得推介~其實午餐都可以好似晚餐咁令人享受侍應仲話佢地每星期都更新午餐餐牌~下次一定要再黎上試試北歐特色菜~令人期待呢^^謝謝世界素食日，讓我對美食有了新概念~亦很欣賞廚師的製作和心思呢^^
