To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大年初五下午來到金鐘廊的「翡翠拉麵小籠包」都非常客滿,但又剛好有四座位,我們可以安座品嚐著名四川麵食擔擔麵。四川擔擔麵要具備五種味道-甜、酸、麻、香、辣,五味,但這碗擔擔麵只吃到微酸、微麻、小辣,極之美中不足。雪菜毛豆百葉是帶甜的上海菜,特色之一也是較清淡,我們這份雪菜毛豆百葉味道的確很清淡,也吃不到有甜味。濃油赤醬是上海菜的特色,這裏的上海粗炒麵,味道不濃,但也不淡,完全港式化!上海小籠包是此店招牌菜我每次必吃,尚算皮簿餡靚,肉汁濃郁。豆沙鍋餅外脆內軟,吃得心頭暖暖的,這一款甜品也不錯。人均消費$90,品質和價錢有少許不成比例。
