To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 面完試的我終於以為可以休息一下,怎料又收到面試通知書。但食物總要吃,決定跟女朋友大吃一頓。温野菜,我沒聽過。但女朋友總是說好吃,於是就來了。餐廳使用電子平板點餐,十分創新(原諒我這個大鄉理吧)。點了兩個假日套餐;1)美國牛、英國牛定食套餐,湯底是秘傳月見壽喜湯,配以鹽醬麻香椰菜、温野菜盛合,竹筒免治雞肉,烏冬,熱柚子蜜。2)丹麥豚肉,雞肉定食。配合昆布湯,配以鹽醬麻香椰菜、温野菜盛合,竹筒免治雞肉,丹麥豚腩肉,丹麥雞肉,飯等。份量十足,跟其他涮鍋差不多,反而此店的服務很好,而且環境很好,看著那個維多利亞港吃飯,心曠神怡。

份量十足,跟其他涮鍋差不多,反而此店的服務很好,而且環境很好,看著那個維多利亞港吃飯,心曠神怡。
