To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身係想過嚟食雞煲,無奈撞正依家非常時期,唯有散叫叫左個醬燒烤鴨上菜就好快啲食,因為食到最尾浸太耐汁會有啲咸。龍蝦伊麵個麵底真係幾好食但係龍蝦有啲鹹。碟菜岩岩配搭呢枱濃味既菜式,中和哂啲鹹味,啲菜幾好食唔會煮得太老🆗紅燒花膠豆腐味道ok🆗相對都唔係太濃味。甜品方面桂花糕真係好好味💖估唔到,有啲酒樓既桂花糕係有微酸😑擺太耐壞左。呢度桂花糕係無酸味,應該即日整無過期個流心奶黃包爆多餡,而且唔係細細隻果種。鹹蛋味好香,要趁熱食,一凍即凝固。不過個包少少貴
