做食肆及餐廳一點不易,一定要有必殺技,特別是拉麵戰埸!我本身不特愛日式拉麵,亦怕薄如紙,又味淡鞋口的所謂叉燒,故能讓我留下深刻印象的,沒有五隻手指 (屋台村的豉油拉麵,鳥華白雞湯,函館黄金鹽味及倉敷蔬菜湯底),一幻是其中一間,因其湯底的濃郁蝦味,有點接近龍蝦湯,亦比本地以賣蝦麵的老字號的湯頭更出色,加上兩片大叉燒,半只温泉蛋及配料,是Harbour City當中較抵吃的食店。點了一個二人餐,配餃子,飲品,重點是可拿走兩盒拉麵。餃子先上,屬不過不失,皮有軟熟口感,但餡兒偏少,散叫的話,不一定要點。家人各點不同的拉麵款式,試了鹽味、豉油及乾撈,鹽味屬最出色,因蝦味最被彰顯,豉油湯底吃到中段,則會覺得有點過濃,要靠其烏龍茶冲洗一下口腔,乾撈看上去是配料十足,叉燒角切,也多了紫菜,不過就不能享受到一幻蝦湯精妙之處了,故可以不叫。麵條有煙靱感,也有麥香,叉燒是入味及有肉香的,加上大量的葱粒及紅薑脆脆,吃罷能給人滿足的感覺!值得推薦給愛吃較重口味的食客!從今以後去北海道,可把胃留給海膽飯、蟹宴及奶製品了。

Other Info. : 餐廳應在客人下單那刻,告知套餐飲品當中的北海道梳打及外帶拉麵的兩款口味已售罄,讓客人決定是否繼續點該套餐,而不是客人叫了餐後才告知。
