To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 服務態度有好大進步空間。其實以呢個價錢,我都預咗係茶記質素,不過落單姐姐嘅態度令阿爸成餐飯食得好唔開心。事緣阿爸話上兩個星期兩老嚟過食炒飯同意粉,味道對得住價錢,今次又嗌同一個飯同意粉。佢話上次嚟侍應有問佢要咩湯要咩野飲,咁今次落單我嗌完主食就問係唔係連湯同野飲,姐姐話「無架喎,不嬲唔做套餐,我喺度做咗成一年,我好清楚不嬲都唔做。」咁我阿爸回應「唔係喎,上次嚟食都有架。」咁姐姐就話「哦,你上次係唔係叫晚餐呀?」然後喺counter搵咗2分鐘,搵張我從未見過嘅晚餐餐牌show俾我睇,話呢個先有湯同野飲架(我心諗,咁咩叫做不嬲唔做套餐😂)。阿爸堅持話「唔係呀,我上次都係喺張主餐牌度揀架,我無見過呢個晚餐牌。」侍應姐姐都幾大聲講第二次「我喺度做咗成年喇,我知道嘅係從來都無。」(註:香港仔分店開咗應該唔夠半年)阿爸有啲委屈話「你咁講就唔啱,咁上次你哋真係有問我,所以我哋今次先覺得奇怪。你講到從來都無,即係話個客講大話?」姐姐回應「使唔使搵經理同你講?」結果我阿爸成餐飯粒聲唔出,食都好委屈。其實,一個湯一杯野飲唔值錢,我唔係R咩著數,我亦唔介意俾正價叫個湯叫杯野飲。我唔係話客係大晒,但我希望你哋
