To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔知係咪臨近中秋?今日嘅康怡好似特別多人食飯,呢間金公館都爆場,甚至仲要等位。我地黎到被安排到近門口位嘅枱,都幾清靜,唔會好嘈,亦都不至於同門口太近。仲可以見到師傅片鴨~皆因呢度都主打片皮鴨嘅。裡面位置都幾多,其實裝修都唔錯,難怪電話響過不停,應該係訂過節嘅晚飯吧。雖然店員都幾忙,不過加水、收拾都樣樣做足我地平日食,就平D,性價比幾高,其實佢有幾款套餐,真心抵食,星期一至五晚有得食,你諗下二人餐都係398,包埋北京填鴨半隻。不過屋企人話想散叫自由D。我地點左幾款餸,食到超飽。上菜速度適中,唔會一次過上哂,啱哂我地慢慢傾下。蒜片牛仔粒:牛仔粒份量不少,加上炸蒜片,好香口。牛粒唔會煮到好老,外皮香脆,裡面仲幾軟腍,因為佢呢隻牛粒唔會太瘦,有少少脂肪,正,送飯、送酒都一流椒鹽鮮魷:相對大排檔果種,就梗係冇咁好鍋氣,好在炸粉都唔厚身,加少少蒜粒,熱辣整起,都唔差。最重要係鮮魷爽彈,唔係粉,真材實料,只係外皮唔夠酥脆。酸菜魚:點酸菜魚要留意,呢度嘅比較上海式,唔係川式果種,首先湯底好多,酸度足,唔辣嘅。用嘅係鹹酸菜葉咁,唔係國內食果種。魚片份量大概兩至三人,魚片鮮味,而無細骨,食得安心。砂鍋雲吞

砂鍋雲吞雞:見人多就點半隻雲吞雞,味道唔錯,湯底熱辣,唔會好多油份,雞味濃郁。比較可惜係雞件較瘦,而且係胸位為主,就冇咁滑溜嘅。入面有大大粒雲吞,我地都食到lamlam脷

蝦球子豆腐:有小朋友就推薦呢款玉子豆腐,味道清淡D,又好下飯。豆腐墊底,有個茨汁,唔係豉油,所以唔會好鹹,或者蓋過蝦鮮味。
最讚係蝦球,認真爽彈,仲要好有蝦味,粒粒都勁大粒
