一直聽講中環有間特色燒鳥店,專做雞嘅稀有部位,去試吓發現原來係串燒加日式酒吧二合一,環境舒服,服務又貼心主動,仲好注重同客人交流。整體食物水準好高,尤其推薦以下幾款: .🌟煙燻蘿蔔 頭盤本來冇乜期望,但薄切煙燻蘿蔔爽脆帶淡淡木香,夾住冰涼綿密嘅Cream Cheese,鹹甜交織超開胃! .🌟車厘茄腩肉卷 腩肉燒到表面香脆,肉香帶鹹,包住蕃茄,蕃茄嘅清爽酸甜平衡咗油膩感,簡單但好驚喜! .🌟白鱔 肥美白鱔炭燒到外脆內嫩,油脂甘香,灑啲山椒粉,麻香提鮮又唔搶味,層次即刻升呢!必試! .🌟牛橫膈膜 厚切橫膈膜炭火直燒,肉質彈牙有嚼勁,油脂香濃但唔膩,撒少少鹽已經超好食! .🌟雞湯烏冬 湯底用三黃雞熬製,三黃雞油脂多,膠質重,放一陣湯面就結咗層膜,飲落去有奶油般滑順質感,肉香超濃!烏冬彈牙又掛汁!餐廳仲可以單點呢個湯,所以叫雞湯烏冬一次過滿足兩個願望!
