To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢一間連鎖式嘅餐廳已經唔係第一次食,如果唔係因為星期六日太多人都絕對唔會去呢一度食。所以,都已經唔會抱有太大嘅期望。點咗一個常餐,跟住一個瑞士雞翼湯麵。常餐個意粉一嚟到,有一浸勁奇怪嘅味,不過應該係蕃茄加蝦嘅味道,好彩食落正正常常,仲竟然有少少好味添。一如以往,啲熱飲嚟到嘅時候都係瀉到成隻碟都係嘅🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️不過見個侍應應該都係新嚟,見佢拖住成個盤都有啲危險,咁我就算啦冇出聲!俾個建議大家,如非必要,呢一間野都真係可以唔使成日食🙏🏻🙏🏻
