To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年前同個朋友lunch 尼過飲茶,嗰次我地兩個一見到有點心車推埋尼,就咩都話要食,結果兩個人食左成700蚊,食到捧住個肚。一年後,我地係上星期五嘅lunch再尼飲茶。我地係12:10pm用app拎定飛,12:40pm行到尼,12:50pm入座。今次我地好謹慎,只會拎真係好想食嘅點心,d點心車係我地枱前經過兩次先出手灌湯餃(頂點$60),一人點左一個,好足料,又多瑤柱,好味牛柏葉(中點$46),好入味菠蘿叉燒包(中點$46),好正,又熱又香脆,好好味蛋撻仔(中點$46),暖暖地,蛋漿好味,唯一唔岩我嘅係我唔鍾意食酥皮。楊枝甘露(中點$46),一人點左兩個,唔太甜,好味今次控制住點心份量,只拎大家都鍾意食嘅點心,但咁樣都食左$423連茶錢同加一(每位$211)都幾貴,而且唔算多野食,但嗰下食完都飽嘅。
