To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同屋企人飲下午茶,選擇左呢間素食,聽講下午茶好抵食!常悦同中式酒樓一樣,有一系列嘅點心俾你選擇,我地就叫左蠔皇鮮竹卷,煎釀三寶,豉油皇炒腸粉,椰汁馬豆糕,同一碟味菜肉絲炒麵。蠔皇鮮竹卷嘅醬汁好重要,因為裏面嘅餡料味道唔會好重,而呢度就做到啦,醬汁重濃,但內餡真係比較淡。喺菜單見到煎釀三寶,覺得好新鮮,素食都有煎釀三寶!?食落同用魚肉嘅煎釀三寶真係差唔遠,鼓汁惹味!而分別其實只係肉嘅部分,無平時嘅膠質。但味道很不錯!豉油皇炒麵就見得多啦,豉油皇炒腸粉就比較少,所以叫嚟試試。腸粉唔會過淋,剛好,調味亦剛好!椰汁馬豆糕好香椰汁味,亦食到一粒粒豆!最後嘅味菜肉絲炒麵有驚喜,估唔到齋舖都有咁惹味嘅菜式,麵係炸過嘅,加埋惹味醬汁同味菜,配搭很不錯!叫左咁多野食,都係200蚊內,係抵嘅!

蠔皇鮮竹卷嘅醬汁好重要,因為裏面嘅餡料味道唔會好重,而呢度就做到啦,醬汁重濃,但內餡真係比較淡。
