To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期六原本打算去荃灣嘅Green Common食晏,因為太多人等位,所以最終去咗悠蔬食。前菜&湯品 南瓜粟米雪耳桃膠忌廉濃湯 配脆法包 青木瓜甘筍花生雪耳湯 配孜然薯仔藜麥沙律自選主食 蒲燒玉子淮山蓉素鰻魚 配日本珍珠米 ($98)第2次叫呢個飯黎食,素鰻魚一如以往咁好食,味道甜甜哋,但今次嗰飯嘅底部比較濕,好彩珍珠米仍然可以保持口感,唔唔會好爛。 大啡菇野菜炒烏冬 配雜錦天婦羅 ($98)起初我以為天婦羅同炒烏冬會好似餐牌上嘅圖一樣,係分開上,點知原來係直接鋪係面頭,賣相即時扣咗分。天婦羅份量好少,得2件,分別係南瓜同茄子。炒烏冬嘅味道好似乾燒伊麵。自選飲品 檸檬蜂蜜 (熱) 韓風蘆薈柚子蜜 (熱)加配甜品宇治抹茶之旅 (+ $30)上次黎食唔到(因為當時餐牌上寫住尖沙咀店限定),今次終於可以係荃灣店食到。碗入面有抹茶蕨餅、黃豆粉蕨餅、抹茶寒天、白玉丸子同士多啤梨粒,旁邊有黑糖漿調味,加咗黑糖漿後好味好多,有黑糖味之餘,又唔會蓋住原本嘅抹茶味。
