餐廳位於The One高層，有露天位置可以飽覽維港海景。日落時間非常浪漫。三種海鮮前菜選用優質海鮮材料，烹調方式都令海鮮嘅鮮甜味道發揮極致！法國藍龍蝦他他配鵝肝脆雞皮藍龍蝦肉非常鮮甜，龍蝦肉味道非常突出日本帝王蟹蛋泡沫配海膽將部份帝王蟹打成泡沫配上溫泉蛋，味道同樣鮮甜濃郁！荔枝車厘茄凍湯配西班牙紅蝦餐廳選用咗西班牙紅蝦，鮮甜彈牙，蝦肉非常好食，凍湯清新微酸，帶有淡淡荔枝甜味，係一款適合夏日嘅前菜香酥脆皮龍蝦配青酒忌廉魚子醬香脆嘅酥皮包裹住完美嘅龍蝦肉，提供反差口感，醬汁味道都非常好！熟成本地雞胸肉卷配龍蝦汁脆炸鵝肝雖然選用雞胸肉部位，肉質較瘦，但仍然能保持濕潤，配菜係擁有豐富油脂香嘅炸鵝肝作為對比，比較特別嘅係菊芋蓉作為配菜，口感類似山藥般的濃稠，將雞胸肉同鵝肝好好融合。腐皮法式千層配豆腐忌廉芝士桂花茶
