To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角係一間係香港屹立多年連鎖日式燒肉餐廳,午餐不嬲出名抵食,今日就黎試一試佢。.牛肉壽喜燒烏冬份量唔算多,但牛肉煮得啱啱好,唔會老同鞋。上面既蛋黃同牛汁撈埋烏冬,滑溜溜咁吸入肚裏面,令人不知不覺咁就KO成碗。 石鍋豆腐泡菜海鮮湯係成餐最高分既菜品,由上菜既時候已經令人心心眼,keep住不斷沸騰既卜卜聲幾治癒,入面都超級重料,有帶子、魚柳、蜆同好多舊嫩滑豆腐。入口時微辣,成身都暖哂,好適合呢幾日回冷既天氣。可以配合附餐既牛角飯食湯飯,最後再飲哂個湯先覺得完美。

石鍋豆腐泡菜海鮮湯係成餐最高分既菜品,由上菜既時候已經令人心心眼,keep住不斷沸騰既卜卜聲幾治癒,入面都超級重料,有帶子、魚柳、蜆同好多舊嫩滑豆腐。入口時微辣,成身都暖哂,好適合呢幾日回冷既天氣。可以配合附餐既牛角飯食湯飯,最後再飲哂個湯先覺得完美。
