To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 永年士多黎自元朗,佢話50多年既味道,今次開到黎銅鑼灣,約埋老友去試下佢啦!一入門口就要點餐先,最低消費3個餸$43,都係最基本個啲車仔麵餸咁 。每人點左一碗三餸麵,野飲唔覺有咩特別無叫到。入面環境唔大,如果人多啲都已經排哂出門口,點完餐就自己拎左單去前面等攞麵,係無送餐服務的。都係個句,如果人多就會塞哂係度唔知做咩喇。環境細仲要塞哂啲人係度。朋友點左豬腸,豬紅,牛根米,少少辣。👇🏻正常車仔麵,湯底味道偏甜,有跟一條菜芯。我叫左豬紅,蘿蔔,流心蛋米。👇🏻流心蛋係推介菜式之一,馬上咬一口先,説好的流心呢.....🤢🤢🤢🤢??心無流過算數,你推介得我又以為隻蛋仲有咩花臣野,比如浸過係有味既,但係我一廂情願諗多左,佢只不過係白烚蛋一隻.....蘿蔔好甜好食的。米粉硬左啲啲。試過就好,要食車仔麵仲有好多選擇的。
