每次經過都Full House,今晚同閨密黎試下,CP值好高,中意壽喜燒、涮涮鍋嘅朋友仔唔好錯過。涮涮鍋/壽喜燒set包括前菜、蔬菜拼盤、北海道米飯/拉麵、甜品。🔹霜降A4和牛190g油花分布好平均,食落Juicy、入口溶化,充滿濃濃牛味🥰🔹豚五花190g; 豚肩(追加50g)採用來自北海道的米豚,肉味夠濃郁。🔹北海道海膽高湯將海膽溶入高湯,每一啖都好creamy、鮮甜,原來海膽同牛肉、豚肉係咁夾!(平時去日本點海膽湯都要8,000円($400),呢度$200幾就食到,真心抵食!)配拉麵係非常邪惡🤪🔹壽喜燒先將牛肉放入鍋,煎至半熟,再加入壽喜燒汁,再點北海道蛋汁食,完全係入口即溶。🔹蔬菜拼盤最後加入種類豐富嘅蔬菜、拉麵一齊煮,極之入味🫶🏻
