To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日3月23日下午2点50分到達,一樓女接待員說是日沒有下午茶,晚上有宴席。但酒樓沒有標示3点是下場時間。見到明明仍有很多人在用餐。下樓後想再了解便再返回一樓,接待處巳没人。見到另一待應他叫我上2樓看有冇位。上去見到另一女服務員,她又叫我可去一樓找位。問二樓收銀員,她說不知是日何時下場,她只負責收銀。下到一樓,再次見到第一個女接待員,她望着我面露不耐煩的,我再問了她貴姓名以作記錄便只好走了。這樣的服務態度是因為酒樓巳有足夠舊客戶?所以不用理會或珍惜 walk in 散客?
