To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日去長洲 梗係要去已經舖頭打個卡  特色推介乳酪飲品  今次揀咗一個最經典嘅款 經典角酪其實就係乳酪再加紫米 (*v*)我嗰日去係星期日 杯嘢飲大概都等咗45分鐘啊真係超級多人 諗住叫經典款會快啲 點知都要等大半個鐘有多-.-'' 長期都排隊㗎真係 勁誇張 另外我哋仲叫咗一杯 桃桃乳酪 第一杯經典紫米乳酪 (經典角酪)價錢 $28覺得紫米同埋乳酪加埋原來係咁好飲(^○^) 酸酸甜甜 不過甜到同埋冰度你都仲可以自選架 紫米口感好正(´Д` )好煙韌 加上乳酪都唔會太甜係偏酸 質感唔係好似水咁 比較厚 濃稠
