To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 排隊條隊長到癲，太差

每到返工，假日排隊排長龍，接到外賣單，堂食單又做唔切，成條隊長到無人理，就算理我覺得店經理又不懂如何處理，長期管理不善，基本上我覺得只有這兩間大角咀分店有呢個問題。我已減少到這間分店食早餐或下午茶，因為每次過來必定排完收錢條隊，又去排取餐條隊，勁多人排長龍，討厭！除了大角咀兩間店之外，我亦留意到其他分店都同樣在早餐/午膳時間出現人龍，但好快地將人龍處理妥當，不會擔誤每位食客的時間。而呢間店在人流處理一直以來完全沒有改善過，之前6點後禁堂食又想有，回復堂食後接得外賣單多堂食單又做唔切，經常排長龍，真的懷疑經理們的管理經驗不足。
