國慶日諗住帶小朋友去食主題cafe，去到現場要排隊係預計之內。3:00去到喺店門前排隊大概有10人左右，排緊隊嘅人話俾我哋聽要排扶手電梯嗰邊。排到4:00的時候眼見差唔多到嘅時候，光頭經理先生先走埋嚟話要落場所以5:00先會再開返！全部人聽到都好愕然，但係佢只係不斷重複話喺社交媒體網站已經講咗。乜而家食嘢預咗每個客都會有社交媒體網站，每個客都要時時刻刻check 社交媒體網站? 一句唔好意思都冇就掉頭走咗！排喺我哋後面嘅應該仲有十幾個人，聽唔到光頭叔叔講應該會繼續排落去，白白企多一個鐘。排隊唔緊要，但係如果你哋有落場安排點解現場冇任何指示牌等客人可以選擇要唔要排？點解明明見到咁多人排一開始唔講聲？以為自己係主題店，多一個客唔多，少你一個客唔少嘅態度去服務顧客，祝佢生意興隆！
