To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日聽朋友講銅鑼灣開咗間新嘅車仔麵叫做永年士多,所以lunch時間就走去試一試味道如何!永年士多門口已經見到好多人排隊,環境比一般舊式的車仔麵才坐下去舒服啲。自助形式的賣買,俾錢自己去拎食物。我叫咗豬皮,豬紅,豬大腸配河粉,而同事叫左雞翼,羅白,溫泉蛋配幼麵我地交換左啲餸一齊食,可以試到多啲嘢,佢另送幾條菜在湯底裡,個湯好清甜,豬皮好彈牙,索曬湯的汁,豬大腸肥美,溫泉蛋又嫰滑流汁,最後碗麵食完也不覺得口渴,本來我哋叫咗個腐乳通菜但係冇曬通菜就轉咗生菜腐乳,味道不大岩我口味,但價錢總括來講算係不錯。
