屯門的紅橋,地址不方便,區內人真的除了食之外就不會到那裡,偏偏那裡就是有好多特色食店。今天下午原本不是吃這間,剛好路經,又剛好想吃乾炒牛河那就入去啦。乾炒牛河是中伏比例非常高的菜色。首先就是河粉,炒河就是要用闊身的河粉,單是這點很多店己不合格,其次是料頭,很多都沒韭黃又不合格了。另好多店乾牛河都非常油。這店的乾牛河就是很油很油。河粉本身已有油份,他的乾牛河的油多到用來浸河粉,每一啖都超腍油,吃到3份1已有反胃的感覺。料頭又有些豆芽,很求其的乾牛河。以為粵菜師父炒一碟乾牛河無難度,真心失望的一餐。
