To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次去南記必定為清湯春卷而去!今晚如常去旺角分店點清湯春卷魚皮餃米粉,出到黎發現貨不對辦,同廚房阿姐講左句「俾錯左,我要清湯」,阿姐竟然堅持係清湯😡請問有清湯係咁既顏色仲有辣椒浮面的嗎?!阿姐啤左我一陣見我堅持唔肯拎走就拎番入廚房換,換出黎,一模一樣再同我講換左…碗野入面仲要有牛肉…其實忙碌多客人唔係藉口,俾錯左咪再換過,請唔好指鹿為馬🤬🤬🤬Fine!!!!!!!!好差的體驗, blacklist!!!!!!!!!!
