Restaurant: HONG KONG DAY

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在下午5點半的時間想吃個下午茶,特別在金鐘實在有難度。所以只好選擇會供應下午茶餐到晚上六點的香港地。不過這間的定價實在太微妙,一份西多士差不多要$40,輕盈版(份量很少)的炒飯也要$52 ...好像有隻大雞髀的米線餐感覺比較合理。炸雞髀 · 肉醉番茄湯米線 ($48) - 雞髀很大一隻,米線也很大一碗。就下午茶來計,這絕對夠飽。但整體調味都是偏鹹,感覺那雞髀醃了很久?外皮炸得頗乾,幸好雞肉仍然很嫩滑。番茄湯則鹹得來又很酸,所以吃米線時完全不想喝到湯就是了套餐包一杯飲品,味道倒是正常的。
