約左好耐無見的朋友食飯,我懶得諗食乜,就交左俾佢發辦,佢就揀左呢間連續5年拎左米芝蓮推介的韓國餐廳Menu仲未update,其實佢2017年都拎到架餐廳係厚福街H8,成棟野都係餐廳,可以突圍而出一定有佢可取之處韓國菜必備的特別餐具,我特別喜歡扁平的筷子,夾食物容易好多食韓國菜每次最期待的就係前菜,今次的前菜特別豐富,有好多韓國餐廳只會簡單提供3-4碟,一次過奉上10碟實在一點都唔吝嗇炆牛肋骨 ($250)牛肋骨炆到好淋,入面仲有金菇同韓式年糕,湯充滿住牛肋骨的精華,味道甜甜地,叫個白飯撈汁食就最適合不過,連平時唔係好食白飯的我都食左半碗水冷麵 ($120)正式踏入夏天,天氣每日熱到人都溶,食個冷麵消消暑就岩晒,韓式辣醬係另上的,可以隨個人口味加入冷麵,冷麵配料有青瓜絲、雪梨絲、醃蘿蔔、熟蛋,食完成個人透心涼
