每到新年的時候, 當然要吃吃賀年糕點, 感受一下過節的氣氛. 那在坊間那麼多的出品中, 又有那一家是我的心水? 帝苑酒店的招財瑤柱蘿蔔糕就是其中一家我最喜歡的出品.這天來到帝苑酒店大堂換取蘿蔔糕, 發現他們今年的選擇比去年多了一款. 五款賀年糕點的選擇, 分別是吉祥椰汁年糕, 鴻運棗蓉年糕, 招財瑤柱蘿蔔糕, 如意吉祥芋頭糕, 還有金玉馬蹄雪耳糕. 愛吃蘿蔔糕的我, 當然要試試這裡的招財瑤柱蘿蔔糕.招財瑤柱蘿蔔糕 $228先要讚讚帝苑酒店賀年糕點的包裝, 實在相當名貴, 怪不得不少朋友也以此用作送禮之用. 這天跟家人分享的時候, 當把蘿蔔糕開始放在鑊煎的時候, 一時間, 全屋已經聞到相當突出的蘿蔔香.煎好之後, 當然要馬上試試. 蘿蔔的味道是相當清甜, 而蝦米份量也不少, 讓蘿蔔糕的鹹香味道更加突出. 另外, 糕的質感很好, 不會一夾就散, 很令人滿意.如果大家還未有賀年糕點的心水, 我會推介大家選購帝苑酒店的出品.
