To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 心血來潮好想食南記招牌春卷,因而上網找尋,發現青衣城底層開左分店,其店舖並不起眼,被另一食肆阻擋視線,要細心落力搵先搵到。感覺上青衣分店佔地比其他分店大,目測坐滿可容納30-40人,裝潢設計滿有懷舊香港🇭🇰風,用上霓虹光管創打卡位,店內光線充足,夠曬光猛。連餐墊都用上飛行棋圖,好特別。麻辣牛魔王小窩米線🍜+ 招牌春卷(HKD 66),可選麻辣/酸辣/蕃茄/麻酸湯底,附送汽水🥤/豆漿:飲一啖湯頭,麻辣夠曬辣,略嫌不夠麻,吾夠花椒八角香葉風香味,可再重手點。招牌春卷用上特製魚肉料,食落啖啖濃厚魚香,腐皮不是脆身,但包裹著彈牙魚肉,一食上癮。肥牛不是份量多,最少有五片,無咩牛味😅反而牛腩有驚喜,牛腩好焾身,食到一絲絲牛肉,仲有數舊軟糯牛筋🥰總結:用料比譚仔更為上乘唯價錢有點小貴
