帝苑軒話開十點，訂位十一點, 十點九到, 知客都未開檔, 全場只有一個黑面經理...要到十二點以後, 場面才稍稍warm up. 但就如上一位食評所寫，Ｄ伙計一係唔熟手，一係就Ｄ經理係到呼呼喝喝。先叫四款點心，蝦餃ＯＫ，但唔值＄４８，　芋角ＯＫ，都係果句，唔值＄４８，上碟連索油底紙都無，油淋淋，牛腸不錯，雞包仔，無咩雞，係蝦包仔，＄４８。點心上枱係鬼鬼祟祟，離枱兩呎，擺係枱，即係好似玩飛標咁資勢！！！又話可以叫東來順推廣的農家菜，問下個經理又話唔得，再問又話得，不過想叫既手撕雞係無！！！叫左碟豉汁蝦球炒麵＄１６８，賣相勁唔掂，用個玻璃盤兜住咁上，洋蔥豉椒求其倒埋一邊，咁價錢，一样係比大大粒既透明蝦球，蝦無味，得個爽，豉汁無味，成碟野仲差過茶廳三十八蚊果Ｄ！！！茶又係茶廳水準，淡到水咁，連小食花生都又淋又油益！！！！呢歺兩個人有信用卡優惠食左＄４１０，勁唔抵！浪費！
