上周跟朋友约在中环大馆看表演,出来往些利街涂鸦墙的对面马路发现了一家日式拉面店,试了一下味道十分惊艳,跟我在日本🇯🇵吃的味道好像! 🍝叉烧拉面:汤底以猪骨为基底,熬煮时间长,咸甜适中,口感丰富!叉烧是这碗拉面的灵魂,精选梅头叉烧切片厚薄均匀,肉质软嫩多汁,入口即化,外层焦脆裹着蜜汁糖衣,内里肉汁红润诱人。 🐷招牌猪软骨拉面加🥚溏心蛋:双重口感!招牌猪软骨拉面同样出色。大块原切猪软骨经低温慢煮,外层胶质凝结成半透明薄膜,轻咬“啵”地一声迸发骨髓香气。汤底加入蒜香猪油,暖黄色油脂化开,形成独特蒜香尾韵。手工蛋黄溏心蛋是点睛之笔,半融流心与面汤交织出天鹅绒口感。 🐔鸡软骨配秘制酱汁:鸡软骨外酥里嫩,搭配秘制酱汁,十分过瘾!
