初見香草吉列牛🥩今次係為咗依個香草吉列牛慕名而來,翠綠嘅吉列外層非常搶眼首先將牛脂塗勻喺石板度,然後按自己喜好燒到啱嘅生熟程度~我就鍾意燒耐少少,等到邊邊嘅吉列外層變得焦脆,可以更加香口,而且因為塊牛肉本身嘅油脂比例頗高,燒耐啲都唔會靭,之但係食落嘅香草味冇望落咁突出,可以點少少醬汁或者鹽提一提味季節海鮮鍋龍蝦湯🦞餐牌嘅圖片只供參考,因為真實嘅海鮮比餐牌幅相更加豐富!!海鮮有青口、蝦、蜆、三文魚等等,龍蝦湯嘅湯頭幾鮮甜,加埋海鮮越滾越濃,非常抵食👍👍
