吉列牛🐂在香港都盛行了一段時間,但香草吉列牛好像的確未見過,我和友人決定一嘗😋。.餐牌的選擇也行多元化,有點西日🇯🇵fusion,看起來不錯👍🏻先來小食炸和風甘栗紫薯餅🍠和炸香草北海道南瓜餅🎃($50兩件),炸皮不厚,「喀擦」很香脆,前者香甜,後者奶滑,更有點點顆粒有咬口☺️.炸雙拼雞翼($68)的明太子版微辣很鮮味,脆皮多汁,內餡很多爆出來🤤;芝士餃子版🧀芝士味不算太濃,有爆漿更正💯,但肉味香濃,值得一試!初見香草吉列牛🥩($128)非常豐盛,有多過十片的牛肉,先把肥肉煎出油,再放上一成熟的牛肉,每次三四片,「滋滋」令人食指大動👍🏻!煎至五成熟再沾上醬汁!很有牛味又不老!帶點油香,香草🌿味不算濃,很香口有飽足感😍再叫個野菜豆腐鍋🍲($58)均衡一下,很清甜,足料,秋風起🍁很暖胃。套餐升級(+$35)有刺身、南瓜湯☺️吃得飽飽人均也不用200😱,抵食!難怪多人光顧😋!
