有個愛食好東西的朋友真好!訂了枱在尖沙咀的樓上舖食廚師發。晚市的omakade 有兩個選擇,我們選了十八道的「櫻」。廚師一早問了我們有甚麼食物要避免,我不食蝦,前菜的三小碟就以螺替代。刺身是焦點!廚師詳細講解,第一款先食較淡味的。象拔蚌配清甜的柚子汁,新鮮爽彈。火炙處理吃得多,聽廚師解說,才知道是為了增加鮮味。大大隻的蠔,加上自家製梅子啫喱,味道提升了!然後是sushi,全都鮮甜好味!當然有港人最愛的海胆手卷,值得一提的是,壽司飯已預先調味,加了醬油,每粒飯都均勻地上色。大蜆清湯出奇地鮮甜。最後是超甜的日本溫室蜜瓜作為完美的句號。
