To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間北京樓其實食過好多次 今次朋友話想食片皮鴨所以帶咗佢嚟Moko北京樓食裝修好舒服好靚 不過我哋坐嗰個位都幾凍 冷氣機喺上面直吹 同店員反映咗之後佢幫我哋校細咗個風 效率10分高我哋四個人叫咗六樣嘢!有小籠包 炒鴨鬆包菜 一隻片皮鴨 雞絲粉皮 醬肉炒飯 同埋高力豆沙.小籠包皮薄餡靚 多湯汁!趁熱食一流炒鴨鬆包菜 個鴨鬆炒得幾好 不過得6塊菜 少左啲 片皮鴨就份量十足 鴨質唔錯 夾住京蔥同青瓜食就無咁濟雞絲粉皮個麻醬好正 份量比較大醬肉炒飯都幾出色!多料!高力豆沙就失色咗啲 睇落大大粒但係入面嘅餡唔算多

小籠包皮薄餡靚 多湯汁!趁熱食一流

炒鴨鬆包菜 個鴨鬆炒得幾好 不過得6塊菜 少左啲

片皮鴨就份量十足 鴨質唔錯 夾住京蔥同青瓜食就無咁濟

雞絲粉皮個麻醬好正 份量比較大

醬肉炒飯都幾出色!多料!

高力豆沙就失色咗啲 睇落大大粒但係入面嘅餡唔算多
