To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙田食片皮鴨又貴又平，囍慶屬於平價片皮鴨。一隻$238（20麼麼皮+24舊鴨肉加十幾塊淨皮）蔥段青瓜唔少得，醬有片皮鴨醬、蒜蓉、砂糖、酸梅醬、山楂條。喜歡食瘦鴨就ok,因為其他鴨件/鴨皮，多少也有油，這次是全瘦，所以不重鴨油那味道（喜歡是香，不喜歡是鴨羶味。$238係抵食嘅，所以枱枱都叫。加$68鴨肉炒飯，熱食一流。加$368-酸菜魚一鍋+8 隻黃金蝦+例燒鵝（差唔多1/4隻），份量足料一鍋酸菜魚可以分到8碗，入邊啲魚片夠滑有成條魚咁多，個湯唔係死咸辣，連埋濶薄身水晶麵加少少大豆芽，比街外3百幾蚊一鍋，味道不錯，最少冇出面食完勁口渴，呢度抵食。
