To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗太古行街,原來隔離康怡廣場都有好多嘢食行咗上4樓,見到間叫做金公館。見到門口有個櫥窗買緊片皮鴨, 就行咗入去試啦7:00入座唔算太多人,店員安排我哋二人坐卡位,菜單選擇有好多,簡直花多眼亂半隻 #片皮鴨 $119一鴨兩吃,阿皮片得夠薄,尚算香脆。但鴨肉偏向比較大件,鴨味都幾香。配上大蔥及青瓜絲,很惹味。二食 #生菜包鴨崧 $98生菜新鮮大大塊,但鴨肉份量偏少。洋蔥及西芹粒較多。#靈芝菇炒萵筍絲 $88食完咁油膩的片皮鴨,當然要食返個素菜中和一下。萵筍絲炒得爽脆,食落沒有草青味,讚#椒鹽九肚魚 $72炸得好香口,魚肉很滑嫩,一客份量大約有8至10條。#石頭鍋蝦醬芥蘭 $78效果好似做到啫啫煲咁樣,上枱「嗞嗞」聲,芥蘭口感十分的爽脆清嫩,完全冇渣。與濃郁的蝦醬十分搭襯。#冷榨蘋果汁 $92呢隻冷榨蘋果汁平時喺出邊都有得飲,估唔到今日食飯都可以飲到。
