一家在大埔比較地道嘅小店,今次試咗好多人推介嘅海南雞飯、豬牛串燒、冬陰功湯(花甲)、魷魚筒、菠蘿炒飯、外面少見嘅斑斕椰汁冰。


海南雞飯嘅雞肉非常滑,有驚喜;豬牛串燒得太耐,有少許乾;冬陰功湯比外面嘅辣,酸酸辣辣非常滋味,花甲份量亦好多,食落去冇沙;魷魚筒即叫即整,製作時間需要30分鐘,建議一坐低即刻叫咗呢個菜先,魷魚入面會包住糯米飯燒,魷魚唔會太韌,烤得好香;菠蘿炒飯不過不失,加入了菠蘿粒的炒飯帶點甜甜酸酸的味道,使人份外開胃。


另外斑蘭椰汁冰有少許斑蘭香甜的味道,又可以解辣。
