香港人番完工都唔想再慢慢煮,我都唔例外,所以都會行到邊食到邊,有時都會想食下住家小炒。瑤柱肉鬆蒸水蛋蒸水蛋蒸得剛剛好,唔會太老或未熟,而且當中加入了瑤柱、肉鬆,令整體嫩滑得來,還帶點口感。豉汁蒸大鱔這道菜在家真的比較小食到,因為要整得好食絕對唔容易,而這裡的膳肉相當肥美厚肉,而且肉質爽滑彈牙,其豉汁味道又不會太濃,蓋過鱔肉的味道。薑蔥桶蠔煲薑蔥炒桶中用了薑、蔥炒,再連煲仔上枱,蠔肉大隻入味又滑口,亦唔會出現韌的情況,真係越食越惹味。
