在薄扶林放工後,同事帶我去香港仔那邊吃晚飯。車程約廿分鐘就到達香港仔巴士總站,同事帶我去了這間中菜館,格局似酒樓,原來是新開店不久。先來一支藍妹,大支裝只需要$18.8,比外面平。鮮蓮海皇冬瓜盅:平時在外面食的冬瓜盅,味道較清淡,這裏的冬瓜盅卻非常鮮甜,老闆解釋是因為有加田雞落去煲,眾所周知,田雞味鮮且甜,煲過湯的肉質較,全部鮮味已留於湯內;基本的材料有蟹柳,草菇,鴨肉,蓮子及蝦肉,蝦肉新鮮爽口,冬瓜吸收了湯的味道,每啖都充滿鮮甜。紅燒乳鴿:外皮燒得香脆,裏面肉汁豐富,完全沒有雪味。地道小炒皇:有九菜花,炸芋絲,菜甫,炸白飯魚仔,鮮魷,蝦乾及腰果炒成,用料十足,海鮮的咸鮮味充斥味蕾,尤其是鮮魷非常新鮮爽口,蝦乾帶點辣味,很適合送酒配飯。總括:食物高質有份量,價錢便宜,又不要收茶芥,慳返的都夠再叫多個小菜了。
