To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同住係香港仔既表姐黎到牛角食燒肉。因為香港仔呢間分間做緊放題,只需每日大概$300就可以享受到90分鐘既日本和牛放題! 而且任食任飲,仲有甜品添!當日雖然係平日,但因為放題只有幾間分店做緊,所以人流好多,我地一行4人大概等左30分鐘!入到去即刻點左一堆肉,牛肉油脂分佈平均,牛味仲好濃添!雞亦雖然係巴西貨,但一樣大大隻仲醃得好好味小食的話,泡菜同招牌牛角飯都非常值得推介。牛角飯其實係紫菜飯再加溫泉蛋。米用上日本珍珠米煙煙軔軔,加上惹味既紫菜,剩食白飯已經可以食幾碗!必點!仲有一點牛角做得好好,就係抽氣!食完都唔會成身燒肉味!抵讚!希望牛角可以做到多D分店做放題,方便一下我呢D住大埔既朋友!
