依間餐廳氣勢如虹,成日都要大排長龍,尋日5:00見唔使排隊,就同老公去試咗佢嘅野食。首先講吓佢裝修,好有懷舊嘅風味,未食就覺得好有feel。我就叫咗佢推介嘅絞盡腦滷汁,入邊有豬耳,豬大腸,雞腎,豬展,同埋高麗菜,梗係叫咗王子麵。老公就飽飽地,佢就正叫咗粉絲同埋高麗菜,加咗花枝丸同埋台灣腸仔。入到黎呢間舖頭令我諗起師大夜市嘅車仔麵。食開車仔麵成日有種感覺一定係柔細瞓唔飽肚,但係出奇意料,就算我叫咗王子面都有兩個面底,仲要好多好多了,所有內臟,好似豬大腸雞腎起碼有八至十舊,老公叫嘅粉絲我覺得味道調得好好。又大份。不過我覺得的滷味可以再汶耐少少。再入味的。另外,如果佢有支竹響鈴就好啦。你問我味道係唔係真係同師大夜市一樣味,我又覺得風味唔係好一樣,不過燈籠老味的車仔面,都幾大份抵食,食依個味道同依個風味,推介~
