To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我久唔久就會係度叫外賣,除左好味就係鍾意佢一人一盒夠方便。今次係第一次坐低係餐廳食,地方寬敞,坐得舒服。叫左我最愛嘅鹽酥雞飯,貪佢一口一啖雞又無骨。堂食嘅雞熱辣辣又足料,成座山咁高,件件都咁香口。個飯另一個令我欣賞嘅係佢嘅粉絲同菜脯,撈飯食一流。叫左碳焙烏龍奶茶,碳焙後嘅茶好香,烏龍又有微甘香,配埋微甜真係不得了,下次行過如果唔肚餓買杯飲品又多一個選擇,唔駛成日買隔離個間。口痕叫左個花枝丸,一客5粒,又係熱辣辣,仲要有花枝碎粒,唔係只係得舊粉。男朋友叫左豐盛三品牛肉麵,佢話好正,等我下次試下先。
