朋友介紹呢度既蝦煲抵食,開頭以為係港式餐廳,入到去聽到台灣嘅流行曲做背景音樂,再睇埋餐牌菜式先發覺原來係一間台式食肆😳話明食蝦煲,唔叫一鍋對唔住自己。呢度嘅蝦係選用淡水大頭蝦,用魚缸養殖即叫即撈夠晒新鮮👍🏻老細介紹奶油蝦風味,係台灣嘅做法,用牛油配洋蔥去煮鮮蝦,有8隻咁多雖然大頭蝦對比海蝦係比較淡味,牛油調味就正正係呢個時候發揮佢嘅作用,補償淡水蝦缺少嘅海水味,而且每一隻超大,大到我要牙咬甩蝦頭嗰陣都有啲狼狽,仲要變態到蝦頭好多蝦膏,一咬又咇汁,拆殼又啖啖肉,真係對佢又愛又恨😭糖心滷蛋就好有新鮮感,聞落去有浸淡淡的檸檬清香,食落去甜甜地,配合糯米口感嘅糖心蛋黃,絕對上乘佳作!再加埋用羽衣甘藍做配菜,感覺非常健康👍🏻蒜蓉高麗菜好大碟,菜質清甜爽口,不過因為我太鍾意奶油蝦嘅醬汁,所以我拎啲高麗菜去沾奶油汁食,感覺仲正🤣再次低估左呢度嘅份量,叫咗個黑麻油雞鍋。雞肉鮮嫩,食得出唔係雪藏貨係新鮮雞🐔,麻油味亦都夠香,帶出雞肉嘅清甜。不過好大份食唔晒,打文嗰陣都仲有罪惡感,對唔住廚師一番心機⋯ 記住揾多幾人一齊食飲品叫咗個薄荷柚子梳打,有氣嘅飲品用嚟消暑一流,配埋柚子嘅酸甜沖淡左麻油雞同奶油蝦嘅油

菠蘿雪芭的骰可愛😍利用嬌小既香水菠蘿做外殼,然後刮空中間嘅肉釀雪芭入去再上碟,非常精緻!雪芭我覺得係用原味果汁,真係淡淡菠蘿味✨係雪得太硬身開頭有啲難掘🙈俾啲耐性等一等變軟身就容易畢。

鍾意食蝦嘅你千祈唔好錯過😆想搵台灣菜呢間野嘅不二之選👍🏻
