在海防道睇年花,見到裏面還有熟食中心,其中一間是日本餐廳,以外賣為主,有多款壽司刺身及定食,全部即叫即做。自選海鮮卷物要了軟殼蟹、火炙三文魚腩配黑松露菌沙律汁,軟殼蟹炸至金黃香脆,食完都不會滿口油,而且表面是火炙三文魚腩,入口充滿魚油甘香,中間還有些忌廉芝士、青瓜、牛油果等,十分清新。玉子壽司玉子都是自家製,味道帶甜的蛋香,完全蓋過壽司飯。黯然銷魂燒叉燒配秘製雞湯日本咖喱飯叉燒切成厚薄適中,不似日式叉燒,醃得入味,有點似豬頸肉,咖喱分開汁上,返到屋企都不怕會浸淋白飯。黯然銷魂牛仔骨手打烏冬配意大利牛肝菌湯牛仔骨是推介之一,燒至表面焦香,肉質嫩腍,牛肝菌湯香味十足,跟手打烏冬超夾。定食送的前菜都十分美味。
