通常出到旺角諗唔到食咩,我就會去水門雞飯。假期都好滿座,證明食物質素高!水門雙拼雞飯每次黎到都必叫既雙拼飯,首先會有個湯,好重胡椒味,我自己幾鐘意。雙拼雞係有白切雞同埋炸雞扒,唔同既雞配唔同既醬汁。雞件好滑,又冇雪藏味。炸雞配埋泰式甜辣醬,好好食。切雞件配酸酸甜甜既汁又好開胃。豬肉丸肉碎扎肉金邊粉第一次係到叫船河,原來都幾唔錯。呢款湯底係清湯,食落清清地,但又唔會無味,入面有D肉碎調味,仲有炸豬皮。豬肉丸仲好彈牙。生菜包肉碎單食幾辣,好惹味,紫洋蔥仲好香。肉碎包埋生菜就岩岩好,中和左個辣味。如果唔想食殿粉,叫一個生菜包都幾唔錯。泰式檸茶用泰茶做底,幾有趣,感覺更fresh。

豬肉丸肉碎扎肉金邊粉
第一次係到叫船河,原來都幾唔錯。呢款湯底係清湯,食落清清地,但又唔會無味,入面有D肉碎調味,仲有炸豬皮。豬肉丸仲好彈牙。

生菜包
肉碎單食幾辣,好惹味,紫洋蔥仲好香。肉碎包埋生菜就岩岩好,中和左個辣味。如果唔想食殿粉,叫一個生菜包都幾唔錯。

泰式檸茶用泰茶做底,幾有趣,感覺更fresh。
